2012

Masters pre-66 Touring Cars. HRDC Touring Greats. Masters 70s Celebration including outright win in a Datsun 240Z. Gentleman Drivers Sports Cars. Under Two Litre Touring Cars. Other cars raced include Alfa Romeo GTA, Ford Falcon Sprint, Sunbeam Tiger, Triumph TR4, Austin A105/6 Westminster.

2011

Masters pre-66 Touring Cars. HRDC Touring Greats. AMOC Intermarque Series. Navigator in Mille Miglia Tribute Regularity Rally in Sir Drummond Bone’s Ferrari 599 finishing in 6th place.

2010

Maserati Trofeo races at UK round at Brands Hatch. Masters Cloth Cap Series. Masters Top Hat Series. OBG  Masters Series. Vernasca Silver Flag Hillclimb. World Sports Car Masters. Italian Historic Cup at Silverstone second overall in ex-Salvadori 5-litre Cooper-Maserati. Race wins and lap records in Lotus Elan 26R

Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Championship UK rounds at Silverstone. Scottish Speedfair Knockhill Classic Races setting a new lap record, which is yet to be broken. Britcar Endurance Series. Masters Cloth Cap Series. Masters Top Hat Series. Vernasca Silver Flag Hillclimb. Valcamonica Classic Hillclimb. Mugello Road Race regularity trial. Classic Sports Car Club Race. Race wins and lap records with Lotus Elan 26R, podium with Lotus Motorsport Elise in Britcar.

2008

Sports Racing Masters in Uk and at Magny Cours (ex- Roy Salvadori 5 litre Cooper-Maserati). Masters Cloth Cap Series.  Vernasca Silver Flag Hillclimb. Valcamonica Classic Hillclimb. Race wins with Lotus Elan 26R.

2007

Masters Series 1-hr Historic Race at Chimay Circuit outright race win with ex-works Lotus Elan 26R. Oulton Park Gold Cup. Coppa Milano-Sanremo Historic Rally. Brands Hatch SR&GT Challenge. Vernasca Silver Flag Hillclimb.

2006

Maserati Trofeo Championship. Kyalami GP Circuit (South Africa) Sprint /Time Trial Competition driving in eight racing cars. Several drives at Zwartskops Racing Circuit South Africa. Oulton Park Gold Cup race. Bologna-San Luca Hillclimb class winner. Valsaviore Classic Hillclimb. Vernasca Silver Flag Hillclimb. Milano-Sanremo Classic Rally in a Lotus 26R.

2005

Maserati Trofeo Championship (support race to British GP).  Coys Sebring Salute European Historic Series. Cloth Cap European Historic Sportscar Championship. Gentleman Drivers & Sports Racing Challenge. Vernasca Silver Flag Hillclimb. Val Saviore Classic Hillclimb. Refurbished and set-up the ex-Ian Walker Lotus Elan 26R race car. Milano-Sanremo Classic Rally in a Lamborghini Miura SV.

2004

Spa 6-Hours Top Hat and Cloth Cap Race. Spa 6-Hours Sports Racing Challenge & Group 4 HSCC/HRSR Historic Racing Saloons with Merlyn-Lotus Mk6. Also raced an Alfa Romeo Giulia TI Super. Class wins and places. Tested Maserati Trofeo race car at Monza with Maserati Corse works team.

2003

2002

1999

Vernasca Silverflag Hillclimb (Italy). Val Saviore Classic Hillclimb (Italy); in an Abarth Sports Prototype.

1998

British GT Championship which was sponsored by Privilage Insurance Company; raced a Harrier Cosworth and a Maserati Ghibli Cup car.

1995-1997

Track testing and race car development, including building the world’s fastest Alfa Romeo ‘GTAm’  500bhp/790kg.

1994

Track testing and race car development. Built, raced and won races with a winning super-lightweight Alfa Romeo GTAm replica 700kg/180bhp. Race instructing private clients at 96 Club events

1989

BRSCC Alfa Romeo Championship. BRSCC Italian Intermarque Championship. Race wins and lap records. Also raced a Fiat Uno Turbo.

1988

BRSCC Alfa Romeo Championship. BRSCC Italian Intermarque Championship. Many race wins and lap records. Built and raced Group A Maserati Biturbo race car (quicker than the ‘works’ Campari car). This Maserati was due to race in the BTCC but the organisers banned turbo cars. The car then raced in the Intermaque Championship.

1987

Zandvoort Historic GP Touring Car Race. BRSCC Alfa Romeo Championship. BRSCC Italian Intermarque Championship.  Many race wins and lap records.

1986

Zandvoort Historic GP Touring Car Race (2nd). Nurburgring Oldtimer Festival Touring Car Race (3rd). BRSCC Alfa Romeo Championship (Champion). BRSCC Italian Intermarque Championship. Many race wins and lap records. Race instructing private clients at 96 Club events

1985

BRSCC Alfa Romeo Championship (Champion). Built and raced the legendary, multiple championship winning, full race Alfa Romeo Junior Zagato 2 litre GTAm. HSCC Pre-65 Saloon Car Championship. Races at the Atlantic Computers International Historic Races. Race instructing private clients at 96 Club events

1984

BARC Pre-65 Saloon Car Championship. Began the build of the championship winning Alfa Romeo 2 litre GTAm Junior Zagato. The project was funded by the owner, the late Peter Crutch.

1980-1983

Race instructing private clients at 96 Club events. Track testing and race car development. Built and raced a 1964 FIA-spec Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT race car.

1979

Race prepared and outright win at Silverstone in a 1961 flat floor semi-competition 3.8 E-Type Jaguar Roadster chassis number 850192. Raced in AMOC Historic GT Championship, JDC Jaguars and HSCC Road Sports Cars, JDC Aston Martin/Jaguar/Porsche/Ferrari Challenge.

1975-1978

Track testing a new Ferrari Boxer at Goodwood on one of Michael Scott’s track days, plus race car development. Developed, built and tested experimental Modsports 400bhp Jaguar E-Type Turbo. This car was track-tested but the project ended when race organisers banned turbos for modsports cars.

1974

BRSCC Simoniz Special Saloon Championship. Esso Uniflo Special Saloon Car Championship. Podium finish first time out in Ford Anglia 1760cc Lotus/BRM.

1968-1973

Various track testing, including entire range of new BMWs. Race car development, including assisting in the building of a 1760cc Lotus/BRM powered Ford Anglia Special Saloon. A 3.8 litre Jaguar-powered Ford Anglia project began but was side-lined in favour of a lightweight Lotus-Anglia.

1967

Attended Brands Hatch Motor Racing Stables in a Lotus Formula Ford. Drove in race car test sessions at Brands Hatch in an Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint and a Lotus Cortina.

1966

First competitive event: Oval Racing Sprint/Time Trials. In the 1966 Production Car Finals at Wimbledon Stadium, Roberto achieved runner-up position by 0.002seconds to the Hot Rod World Champion who was driving a Jaguar E-Type. Roberto was driving a self-prepared 997cc Ford Anglia. Roberto switched immediately to circuit racing with a course at Brands Hatch Motor Racing Stables.
